Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Process: In the event that DNA agrees to the possibility of returning products, if you paid for your products with a credit card, the value of the products will be applied to the same credit card.

2. How to Return: To return any product, please visit the returns page on our website and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can visit any of our stores to return the product in person.

3. Return Timeframe: Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

4. Refund Conditions: DNA reserves the right to refuse refunds for any products in circumstances where it is clear that the goods have been used (such as, but not limited to, tampering with their packaging or the absence of the original packaging) or where such a refund is prohibited by law or regulations in any country that may have jurisdiction over this refund.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories and manuals.

5. Cancel Orders: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact DNA’s customer service as soon as possible. We strive to process orders immediately, so it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

6. Defective Electronic or Mobile Products: Any electronic or mobile product found defective must be evaluated by an authorized service center selected by DNA to confirm its condition before an refund is authorized.

7. Not satisfied with the product quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with exchanging the product.

8. Incorrect Product Received: If you have received an incorrect product, please notify our customer service team immediately. We will send you the correct product right away. You can also visit any of our stores to return the incorrect product, or contact us via WhatsApp or live chat.

9. Additional Services: Once DNA sends you the products, you will not be able to cancel any additional services provided by DNA at your request (such as gift wrapping). Once DNA receives a notice of cancellation for your order of any product, we will refund you the relevant portion of the purchase price.
